"The Antioxidant Amino Acid"

Glutathione: "The Antioxidant Amino Acid"
Glutathione is a mixture of amino chain acids that helps to protect your body from free radicals and detoxify chemicals from your cells.  You many wonder what this has to do with Lymes.  Dr. Horowitz explains in "Why Can't I get better", "Neurotoxins produced by the Borrelia spirochete, or Lyme disease bacterium, also interact with heavy metals in our cells.  All these chemicals in our bodies cause inflammation, and glutathione seems to act like a sponge that pulls them out." So how do you increase Glutathione? Well there are a couple ways: You can get IV's, take oral supplements, or use essential oils.  I have chosen to use essential oils! Citrus oils enhance Glutathione production and essential oils are easily absorbed into the blood stream! I currently use the following DoTerra products to increase my Glutathione production:

I usually put the lemon and wild orange oils in my water and drink it during the day.  The other two product I use as outlined in my "Nitty Gritty" Post.
